Delivery

We keep our delivery fair and only charge for the cost of packaging and delivery. Therefore we charge a £5 flat rate fee across all our products except for items weighing over 2kg which is £8.99. Deck Chairs are £15 and heavy furniture is charged between £25 to £55 for a courier dependent on the weight of the goods. These fees will be reflected at the checkout before making your purchase.

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. We generally allow 5 working days for you to receive you delivery however it will normally be quicker than this as we post items first class. Items will be delivered via Royal Mail where possible and UPS or a pallet to UK. For pallet delivery, items must be checked within 48hr period of delivery. If damage is reported after 48hrs of delivery the items will not be insured and you will be held responsible. Pallets are delivered to curbside or non gravel drives.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping and will organise the shipping on your behalf with professional couriers that offer insurance and secure crating service. If you are based abroad and would like a quote please contact us through the website before purchase.
